硅烷偶联剂对脱氢型氟硅密封剂性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 通过在脱氢型氟硅密封剂中加入适量的硅烷偶联剂,研究了不同种类硅烷偶联剂的加入对多种基材表面粘接性能的影响,同时考查了其对氟硅密封剂力学性能及密闭降解性能的影响。结果表明,不同种类的硅烷偶联剂对多种基材表面的粘接性具有一定的选择性,且密封剂的拉伸强度均有所提高,断裂伸长率有所下降,在密闭条件下均未发生明显的降解反应,仍具有一定的弹性和硬度。 By adding silane coupling agent to the dehydrogenated fluorosilicone sealant, the bonding properties of different silane coupling agents to various substrates were studied. The mechanical properties and closed-state thermal degradation performance of the fluorosilicone sealant were also investigated. The results show that different kinds of silane coupling agents are selective to the bonding properties of various substrates, the tensile strength results are all improved, and the elongation results at break decrease, moreever, the sealants do not appear to be obvious degradation reaction under the closed condition and still have a certain degree of elasticity and hardness.
