摘要
研究了水灰比、机制砂河砂混合比例、混合砂细度模数、混合砂石粉含量对联锁块混凝土抗压强度和耐磨性能的影响,结果表明:联锁块混凝土的抗压强度和耐磨性能均与水灰比密切相关,随着水胶比的增大,混凝土抗压强度显著降低,磨耗量逐渐增大;联锁块混凝土的抗压强度随着混合砂细度模数的减小,有下降的趋势,磨耗值随着混合砂细度模数的减小逐渐增大;随着石粉含量的增大,联锁块混凝土的抗压强度呈先增大后减小趋势,石粉含量10%时抗压强度最大,联锁块混凝土磨耗量逐渐增大。
The effects of water-cement ratio, mixing ratio of manufactured sand and river sand, fineness modulus and stone powder content of mixed sand on compressive strength and wear resistance of interlock block concrete were studied. The results show that the compressive strength and wear resistance of interlock block concrete are closely related to the water-cement ratio. With the increase of water-cement ratio, the compressive strength of concrete decreases significantly, and the amount of abrasion increases gradually. With the increase of stone powder content, the wear amount of interlock block concrete increases gradually, and the compressive strength of interlock block concrete increases first and then decreases, reaching the maximum when the stone powder content is 10%.
