摘要
以端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物、含氢MQ硅树脂为交联剂、铂乙烯基配合物为催化剂、氢氧化铝为阻燃填料,并添加高导热材料氮化硼和低密度空心玻璃微珠制得汽车锂电池用轻量化灌封胶。研究了氮化硼、空心玻璃微珠和铂乙烯基配合物用量对灌封胶性能的影响,测试了使用灌封胶后锂电池包工作时温度的变化。结果表明,向100份端乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷中加入16份聚二甲基硅氧烷、120份氢氧化铝、5份含氢MQ硅树脂、0. 1份乙炔基环己醇、30份氮化硼、45份空心玻璃微珠、1. 5份铂乙烯基配合物制得的轻量化灌封胶综合性能较佳,黏度为1 450 m Pa·s,热导率为0. 70 W/(m·K),密度1. 2 g/cm3。
Lightweight sealant for automotive lithium battery is based on divinylpolydimethylsiloxane as the basic polymer, methyl hydrogen MQ silicone resin as the crosslinking agent, platinum as catalyst and aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant filler. It was prepared by adding boron nitride with high thermal conductivity and low density hollow glass bead. The effects of the viscosity of vinyl-terminated silicone oil, the amount of boron nitride and the amount of hollow glass bead on the performance of the sealant were studied. At the same time, the performances of the encapsulated lithium battery pack prepared by different methods under the same density were also compared. The change of temperature at the center point of lithium battery pack during charging and discharging was discussed. Results showed that in 100 phr divinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, 16 phr of dimethylpolydimethylsiloxane, 120 phr of aluminium hydroxide, 30 phr of boron nitride, 5 phr of methyl MQ hydrosilicone resin, 0.1 phr of acetylene cyclohexanol, 60 phr of hollow glass bead, 1.5 phr of platinum vinyl complex were used to prepare the lightweight sealant, whose viscosity of 1450 mPa · s, thermal conductivity of 0.70 W/(m · K), and density of 1.2 g/cm 3 .
