小麦纤维素颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗FC的效果观察

Effects of Testa Triticum Tricum Purif combined with mosapride in treatment of FC

目的探讨小麦纤维素颗联合莫沙必利治疗慢性功能性便秘(FC)的效果。方法 104例慢性FC患者,随机分为a组和b组,各52例。a组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,b组在a组基础上加用小麦纤维素颗粒治疗,对比两组治疗前后便秘症状评分、肛管直肠功能、不良反应及停药12 w复发率。结果治疗后,两组自主排便频率、排便困难程度、不良症状评分均显著低于治疗前(P <0.05),且b组改善效果优于a组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组初次排便感觉阀值、直肠排便窘迫阀值及最大容量感觉阀值均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且b组下降幅度大于a组(P <0.05);两组肛管直肠压力比较无显著差异(P> 0.05);b组和a组的不良反应发生率无显著差异(P> 0.05),但b组停药12 w时的复发率低于a组(17.31%vs 34.62%)(P <0.05)。结论小麦纤维素颗联合莫沙必利治疗慢性FC,可有效改善患者便秘症状,提高胃肠功能,降低FC复发率,且无显著不良反应。

Objective To explore the etfects of Testa Triticum Tricum Purif combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic functional constipation （FC）. Methods A total of 104 patients with chronic FC were randomly divided into group A and group B （n= 52, respectively）. Group A was treated with Mosapride Citrate Tablets, and based on this, group B was additionally treated with Testa Triticum Tricum Purif The scores of constipation symptoms, anorectal function, adverse reactions, and the recurrence rate 12 weeks after discontinuation before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups, Results After the treatment, the frequency of spontaneous detecation, difficulty degree of detecation and symptom score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05） and the improvement in group B was better than that in group A（P 〈 0.05）; after the treatment, the first detecation sensment threshold, rectal detecation embarrassing threshold and maximum capacity sensory threshold in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the decrease in group B was greater than that in group A （P 〈 0.05）; there was no significant ditference in the anorectal manometry between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）; there was no significant ditterence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, but the recurrence rate 12 weeks after discontinuation in group B was lower than that in group A （17.31% vs. 34.62%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of chronic FC with Testa Tnticum Tricum Purif combined with mosapride can effectively improve the constipation symptoms, improve gastroinlestinal function and reduce the recurrence rate of FC without significant adverse reactions.
