本文结合《食品微生物检验》课程"教学做"一体化改革实践,总结了利用信息化手段创新传统教学模式的经验。
This paper combined the practice of teaching learning and doing in the course of food microbiology examination, summarized the experience of innovating traditional teaching mode by means of informatization.
