摘要
本文提出几点烹饪教学实践中的创新实践,即联合企业落实现代学徒制,将企业管理理念引入教学实践,在教学中融入现代信息化教学技术,使用多种教学手段、多元教学评价提升学生能力,以及提升课堂实效,助推学生成长。
This paper put forward several innovative practices in cooking teaching practice, that is, implementing modern apprenticeship in joint enterprises, introducing the concept of enterprise management into teaching practice, integrating modern information technology into teaching, using a variety of teaching methods, multiple teaching evaluation to enhance students’ ability and classroom effectiveness, and promoting students’ growth.
