摘要
本文立足现有食品安全监管机制对卤制品安全监管问题进行论述,以期能够为我国摸索出一条符合我国国情的卤制品安全监管模式,还消费者一个从生产到消费的放心消费环境,保障社会公众能够享受到"舌尖上的安全"。
This paper discussed the safety supervision of halogen products based on the existing food safety supervision mechanism, in order to be able to find out a safety supervision mode of halogen products in accordance with China’s national conditions, it also provides consumers with a safe environment for consumption from production to consumption, to ensure that the public can enjoy safety of every bite of food.
