薰衣草精油环糊精包合物释放过程的紫外分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定薰衣草精油环糊精包合物中精油含量的方法,并进一步了解薰衣草精油羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物中精油分子的释放情况,本文以无水乙醇作为溶剂提取包合物中的精油,于280 nm处测定精油的吸光度。通过标准曲线法对包合物中的薰衣草精油进行定量分析,并对薰衣草精油环糊精包合物进行释放过程研究。结果表明,检测浓度在0.20~1.0μL/mL,精油含量与吸光度线性关系良好(R=0.999 92),平均回收率为99.8%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.93%,通过紫外定量的结果也说明羟丙基-β-环糊精包合精油效果较好,精油释放较为缓慢。紫外方法简便、稳定,能准确测定包合物中精油的含量和包合物制备的质量控制,也能够通过此方法深入评价精油被包埋后的释放性能,为薰衣草精油产品的研发与应用提供理论支撑。 To establish a uv-vis spectrophotometry method for determination of essential oil in lavender essential oil-cyclodextrin inclusion complex, and to further understand the release of inclusion complex formed by lavender essential oil and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin, the absorbance of essential oil in the inclusion complex was determined at 280 nm with anhydrous ethanol as solvent. The lavender essential oil was quantitatively analyzed by this method. The release process of cyclodextrin compound from lavender essential oil was studied. The linear range for essential oil was 0.20~1.0 μL/mL, the linear relationship between essential oil content and absorbance is good(R=0.999 92), and the average recovery was 99.8 %, relative standard deviation RSD=0.93%. The results showed that the release of essential oil was slower, that was, the effect of the inclusion of essential oil by the hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin was better. This method is simple and stable, and can accurately determine the content and quality control of essential oil in the inclusion compound. This method can be used to evaluate the release performance of the embedded essential oil. It can provide theoretical support for the development and application of lavender essential oil products.
