摘要
本文通过研究SD小鼠体外灌胃消化钙强化风味发酵乳对钙的生物利用度,再参照《保健食品检验与评价规范》(2003版)设计动物实验,以小鼠为试验对象评价其增强骨密度功效。建立了粪钙含量的测定方法,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定SD小鼠粪钙的含量。结果表明所建方法灵敏、精确、快速、线性范围宽,可用于粪钙的含量测定。
In this paper, based on analysis about the contents of calcium absorptivity of rats by gastric tube feeding. The animal experiment was also designed according to the specification for Health Food Inspection and Evaluation (2003 Edition). The effect of enhancing bone mineral density was evaluated. A method for the determination of Ca content by flame atomic absorption spectrometry was established. The results showed that this method features fast speed, sensitivity and wide linearity.
