摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱-柱后衍生法对大米中的黄曲霉毒素B_1含量进行检测,分别从试剂与材料、仪器、测定条件、实验步骤、回收率实验等方面进行阐述。
In this paper, the content of aflatoxin B1 in rice was determined by hplc and post-column derivative method, which was described from the aspects of reagent and material, apparatus, conditions, experimental steps and recovery rate.
