摘要
高职院校作为培养实用技能型人才的高等学校,主要是在1999年以后,国家大力发展职业教育的背景下升格、合并而成的,存在校区多、规模大、业态广的情况。在实行政府采购过程中,由于资金来源广、技术指标繁杂、管理体制限制等原因,高职院校有着自身的难度,特别是在政府采购流程管理上有进一步理顺和完善的要求。根据高职院校的政府采购相关情况,应采取优化校内政府采购流程,明确工作职责,理顺高职院校政府采购管理体制等措施,切实加强高职院校的政府采购工作。
As a college for cultivating practical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges are mainly upgraded and merged in the context of the country’s vigorous development of vocational education after 1999.There are some problems still exist such as too many campuses,large scales and extensive formats.In the process of government procurement,due to the wide sources of funds,complicated technical indicators,and restrictions on management systems,government procurement in higher vocational colleges has its own difficulties,especially in the management of government procurement processes.According to the relevant situation of government procurement in higher vocational colleges,we should adopt the optimized process of government procurement,clarify the job responsibilities,rationalize the government procurement management system of higher vocational colleges,and earnestly strengthen the work of government procurement in higher vocational colleges.
