高职学生创新素质现状及提升路径探析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Improvement Path of Vocational College Students' Innovative Quality

基于当前高职学生的创新素质现状调查,发现高职学生的团队精神、好奇心和创新观念较为突出,观察能力和动手能力较强,但是缺乏对创新知识的足够认识,同时,发现学生参与创新社团对其创新素质的提升有显著影响。目前,高职院校学生创新素质培养存在一些问题,高职学生整体的创新意识不强,创新素质基础比较薄弱,高职院校创新环境还不够理想。应当更加准确地把握高职学生的创新素质发展和影响因素,通过创新人才选拔,营造优秀的校园创新文化氛围,搭建优质的创新训练平台,构建有效的激励评价机制等各种措施,有效提升高职学生的创新能力。

Based on the investigation on the current situation of higher vocational students’ innovative quality,it is found that the students’ team spirit,curiosity and innovation concept are more prominent,and their observation and manipulative ability are strong,but they lack sufficient cognition of creative knowledge.At the same time,students’ participation in innovation societies has a significant impact on their innovation quality.There are some problems in the cultivation of students’ innovative quality in higher vocational colleges.Vocational college Students’ overall innovation consciousness is not strong;the foundation of innovation quality is relatively weak;and the innovation environment of higher vocational colleges is not ideal enough.We should more accurately grasp the development and influence factors of higher vocational students’ innovative quality.Through the selection of innovative talents,we will create an excellent campus cultural atmosphere,build a high quality innovation training platform,construct an effective incentive evaluation mechanism,and so on,so as to improve the creative ability of higher vocational students effectively.
