摘要
工匠精神是指工匠对自己的产品精雕细琢、精益求精的精神理念。职业教育为各行各业培育大量的实用型人才,工匠精神培育显得尤为重要。建议以"三三三"工作法扎实推进此项工作,即:从三个视角看待工匠精神,着重学生专业精神、职业态度、人文素养三个品质的培养;坚持理论学习与实践锻炼相结合、坚持学校教学与企业生产相融合、坚持专业教育与人文教育相结合的三项原则;推行强化物质保障、学习借鉴学徒制、加强教学改革三项措施。
The craftsman spirit is a spiritual concept that the craftsman works on the product with great care and constantly strives for perfection.Vocational education nurtures a large number of practical talents for all trades and professions.The cultivation of craftsman spirit is particularly important.The work is suggested to be solidly promoted with the "333" working method.The first is that craftsman spirit should be seen from three perspectives,which emphasize three quality training of students namely professional spirit,professional attitude,and humanities accomplishment.The second is to adhere to three principles--combining theoretical learning and practical exercise,integrating school teaching and production,and combining professional education and humanistic teaching.The third is three measures which are strengthening material guarantee,learning from apprenticeship system and strengthening teaching reform.
