人本主义视阈下高校问题学生教育转化研究初探 被引量:3

摘要 高校问题学生在高校学生管理工作中是不可忽视的特殊群体,虽然其人数比率不大,但影响却不小。问题学生的教育转化工作是一场对心灵改造的"持久战",难度大、易反复、针对性强,不仅需要高校管理者长期真诚地付出,还需要结合科学的理论与正确的教育方法。以人本主义理论为指导,科学运用学院、公寓二级辅导员联动机制,可以对研究高校问题学生的教育引导提供全新的视角以及较有价值的启示和借鉴。 Problem students are a specialgroup that can not be ignored in the management of college students.Although the population ratio of problem students is not high,the effect they have is in a wide range.The educational transformation of problem students is a "protracted war" for spiritual transformation.It is difficult,easy to repeat,and highly targeted.It not only needs the long-term sincere efforts of college administrators but also needs the application of scientific theory and correct education methods.With the guidance of humanism theory,the application of linkage mechanism of college counsellor and apartment counsellor can provide a brand-new perspective and important revelation for our research on the educational transformation of college problem students.
