试论社会组织内部风险防控体系建设

Discussion on the Construction of the Internal Risk Prevention and Control System in the Social Organization

我国社会组织在发展的同时也面临着严重的内部风险,缺少健全的风险防控体系。不仅风险防控意识薄弱,而且防控主体之间没有形成合力,治理手段滞后,缺乏科学的防控绩效评估机制。为此,应当大力提高社会组织内部风险意识,同时强化信息平台建设,探索并完善风险防控的方法、策略以及绩效评估机制。

Whenour social organizations are developing,they are also facing serious internal risks and lack of sound risk prevention and control system.Not only the consciousness of risk prevention and control is weak,but also the accumulated force among the subjects is unformed.The management ways are hysteretic and the scientific performance evaluation institutions are lack.Therefore,this paper suggests to improve the internal risk consciousness of social organizations,enhance information platform construction,explore and perfect the ways,strategies and performance evaluation institutions of risk prevention and control.
