传统集市的现代价值及治理策略探析——基于青岛西海岸新区传统集市的调查

Research on the Modern Value and Governing Strategies of Country Fairs——Based on the Survey of Country Fairs in West Coast New Area of Qingdao

随着现代城市化进程的不断加快,传统集市治理问题愈发突出。通过对青岛西海岸新区传统集市的调研,发现传统集市在我国依然具有较强的现实必要性,但同时集市建设缺乏规范性、布局不合理、管理水平落后、监管不力等问题不容忽视。为此,相关利益主体应形成多元治理网络,共同促进传统集市的良性发展。同时应充分发掘传统集市的现代价值,使其以自身的角色转型与功能调整融入现代城市化进程之中。

As urbanization gets faster,the management of country fairs has become an increasingly urgent problem.By investigating the country fairs in West Coast New Area of Qingdao,we find that country fairs in China still have great practical meanings.However,problems still abound such as lack of standardization,improper layout,backward management,and poor supervision.Therefore,relevant stakeholders should form a diversified governance network,and jointly promote the healthy development of country fairs while fully explore its modern value,and coordinate country fairs with urbanization by transforming its roles and adjusting its functions.
