15例胶质母细胞瘤组织学及免疫表型探讨

Investigation of 15 Cases of Histology and Immunophenotypes of Glioblastoma

目的探讨胶质母细胞瘤(glioblastoma,GBM)的病理特点及免疫表型。方法对15例GBM的病理资料和免疫组化结果进行分析。结果 GBM的病理组织学形态变化较大,通常肿瘤细胞弥漫密集,核多形性、异型性明显,可伴有微血管增生和假栅栏状坏死。免疫表型显示胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、波形蛋白(Vimentin)和S-100呈强弱不等的阳性,Ki-67标记指数和p53阳性细胞率分别为18.0%和30.0%。结论 GBM虽然病理形态变化不定,但仍具有一定特征性及免疫表型。

Objective To investigate the pathological characters and immunophenotypes of glioblastoma. Methods Immunohistochemical staining and pathological information of a total of 15 cases glioblastoma specimens were analyzed. Results Histopathological morphological features of glioblastoma varied greatly. Usually,glioblastoma cells pervaded densely,and showed significant nuclear pleomorphism and heteromorphism. Simultaneous microangiogenesis and pseudo palisade-like necrosis were sometimes observed. Positive GFAP,VIM and S-100 were seen in different strength in immunophenotyping. Ki-67 labeling index and p53 positive cell counts were 18. 0% and 30. 0%. Conclusion Though glioblastomas are pathomorphologically irregular and diversified, still they have certain characteristics and immunophenotypes and can be distinguished by pathological diagnosis.
