摘要
评价电网发展和生产经营状况,对于提升供电企业的技术水平及经营效益有着至关重要的作用。将电网发展指标细分为供电能力、电网结构、智能化三个二级指标,将生产经营细分为经营业绩、资产质量、供电服务三个二级指标,通过构建综合评价的结构树模型,概括电网发展和生产经营的基本评价流程,提出基于Delphi-AHP模型的电网发展和生产经营评价指标体系和评价方法,并进行了实证应用分析。
It is very important to evaluate the development and production of power grid to improve the technical level and operation efficiency of power supply enterprises. The development index of power network is divided into three secondary indexes: power supply capacity, power network structure and intelligence, and the production and management is divided into three secondary indexes: business achievement, asset quality and power supply service, and the structure tree model of comprehensive evaluation is constructed. This paper summarizes the basic evaluation process of power network development and production management, puts forward the evaluation index system and evaluation method of power network development and production management based on Delphi-AHP model, and makes an empirical application analysis.
