摘要 鉴于菠萝较难采摘,采摘机械化程度较低,选定了菠萝作为设计采摘的水果,设定了几种可行的结构方案,最终选定车体框架结构。通过传动比及车体各项参数初步计算出转弯半径,从而计算出各项数据,进而通过模拟仿真与实际实验操作,对几个主要结构的合理性与稳定性进行检验,最终得出菠萝采集车的整体结构。实践表明,菠萝采集车结构稳定,方便操作,运动灵活,具有很广的发展前景。 In view of the difficult picking of pineapple and the low degree of mechanization of picking, pineapple was selected as the fruit to be picked by design, and several feasible structural schemes were set up, and the frame structure of car body was finally selected. The turning radius is calculated by the transmission ratio and the parameters of the car body, and the data are calculated. The rationality and stability of several main structures are tested by simulation and experiment. Finally, the whole structure of pineapple acquisition vehicle is obtained. The practice shows that the pineapple collecting vehicle has stable structure, convenient operation, flexible movement, and has a wide prospect of development.
