搅拌摩擦焊在水下装备壳体成型中的工艺研究

摘要 阐述搅拌摩擦焊的工作原理,分析搅拌摩擦焊相对于熔化焊的优点,研究了水下装备壳体采用搅拌摩擦焊进行焊接的工艺参数,通过力学性能试验来验证两者的优劣。试验表明:搅拌摩擦焊焊缝质量显著优于传统焊接技术。 The working principle of friction stir welding is expounded, and the advantages of friction stir welding relative to melting welding are analyzed. The welding process parameters of underwater equipment shell by friction stir welding are studied and their advantages and disadvantages are verified by mechanical performance test. The results show that the welding quality of friction stir welding is better than that of traditional welding technology.
