以患者日益增长的医疗要求为背景,结合临床外科医生繁重的工作压力为考虑,为临床外科医师开设显微外科技术的培训课程不失为提高其手术技术储备和业务能力的有效途径之一。故文章从显微外科技术的发展和应用、外科医师业务能力等方面对显微外科技术教学培训的重要性展开论述,并从其基础理论、基本操作技术等方面对如何进行有效技术培训的方式方法进行了思考和探讨。实践表明,从实际出发开设显微外科技术培训,不仅丰富了医生的技术储备,提升了他们的业务能力,还培养了他们一丝不苟的工作态度,磨练了他们对显微外科手术的耐心和毅力。

Taking into account the patients’ increasing requirements for medical care and the heavy workload of surgeons,the establishment of microsurgical training courses for clinical surgeons is one of the efective ways to improve their surgical technology reserves and business capabilities.. This article discusses the importance of microsurgical technique training from several aspects, such as the development and application of microsurgical technique, surgeons’ professional ability, etc. And we discuss how to effectively carry out the training process from its basic theory and operative techniques. Practice showed that the microsurgery training not only enriched the doctor＇s technical reserves, improved their operational capacity, but also cultivated their serious working attitude and honed their patience and perseverance.
