血管外科和心血管外科教学查房是实习生理解心血管外科理论知识,掌握心血管外科思维方法的最佳途径。本中心1次/周的教学查房已坚持多年,在主持人的选择、查房实施方法、教学查房注意事项等方面都有一些独到的见解。要求主持人有详细的教案和时间节点,查房前做好充分准备和相关基础知识复习,以点带面、统筹全局。查房前做好人员准备、病例准备和时间准备,通过床边实践和示教室讨论,完成教学查房。查房时,注意准备充分,形式多样化,适当联系基础理论,体现人文关怀和医患平等,使用英文进行总结等。采用了这些方法,教学查房可以做到事半功倍。

The teaching ward-round in vascular surgery and cardiovascular surgery is the best way for interns to understand the theoretical knowledge of cardiovascular surgery and master the thinking mode. The teaching ward-round once a week has been persisted for many years in our center and there are some unique insights on the selection of the host, the method of ward-round implementation, considerations in the teaching ward-round and so on. It is essential for the host to have the teaching plan and time node and make full preparations and related basic knowledge review, taking the whole situation into account and plan accordingly. Before the ward-round, the personnel preparation, case preparation and time preparation were completed, and the teaching ward-round was fulfilled by bedside practice and classroom discussion. During the ward-round, attention should be paid to adequate preparation, diversified forms, contact with basic theories, humanistic care and doctor patient equality, and summarizing in English. The teaching ward-round can be done with twice the odds by these methods.
