摘要 实践性是医学教育的显著特点,实践教学是医学生培养过程中的重要环节,实践教学的水平决定着医学人才的培养质量,通过完善实践教学体系建设,提升实践教学质量尤为重要。安徽医科大学第一附属医院以医学人才培养要求为指引,通过高效使用临床技能培训中心,充分利用信息化管理手段,着重落实"早临床、多临床、反复临床"为核心的各项教学环节,着力探索有效提升学生理论联系实际能力、临床基本技能操作能力、临床思维能力、独立分析问题、解决问题能力等"四种能力"的教学方法,从制度建设和细化管理等方面不断优化教学基地实践教学体系。 Practicality is the remarkable feature of medical education. Practice teaching is an important part in the training of medical students, and its level directly afects the quality of the training of medical students. It is particularly important to improve the quality of practice teaching through perfecting the construction of practice teaching system. With the training requirements of medical talents as guidance, the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University focused on the implementation of each teaching procedure with “early clinical practice, multiple clinical practice and repeated clinical practice” as core, and the exploration of teaching methods which can efectively improve students’ ability of connecting the theory with the practice, operating basic clinical skills, clinical thinking, independently analyzing problems and solving problems, by efficiently applying the training center for clinical skills and fully using information management. From the aspects of system construction and detailed management, the practice teaching system of teaching bases is constantly optimized.
