Cognition and Reflection on Doctor-patient Relationship From Medical Perspective

摘要 目的从医护角度对医患关系进行分析,提出改善医患关系的对策与思考。方法通过文献研究和问卷调查等方法收集研究资料和数据,并进行相关统计学分析。结果医生和护士在职业风险较大、患者期望值或要求过高和医患间存在信任危机三个方面认知对比,分别为83.6%、70.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.010),80.8%、72.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.034),75.9%、67.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.018);医护人员对于改善医患关系对策的认可度由高到低依次为:"和谐的医患关系需要完善的法律保障""政府应完善医疗纠纷赔偿处理机制""新闻媒体对医疗纠纷案例的客观评论"。结论加强医患沟通、有效管理患者期望值、建立健全法律制度、畅通纠纷处理渠道、规范媒体舆论行为是改善医患关系的重要途径。 Objective To study cognitive differences of doctor-patient relationship between doctor and nurse, and find a way to improve doctor-patient relationship. Methods The research data were collected by literature research and questionnaire survey, and the related statistical analysis was carried out. Results Doctors and nurses were compared in three aspects: high occupational risk, high expectations or demands of patients, and trust crisis between doctors and patients. The difference was 83.6% and 70.3% respectively, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P=0.010). 80.8%, 72.2%, the diference was statistically signifcant (P=0.034). 75.9% and 67.8%, the diference was statistically signifcant (P=0.018). From high to low, doctors and nurses approve the measures to improve the doctor-patient relationship in turn as follows: "harmonious doctor-patient relationship needs perfect legal protection" "government should improve the compensation mechanism for medical disputes" "objective comment on medical disputes cases by news media". Conclusion It is an efective way to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship by establishing and perfecting the legal system, smoothing the channels of dispute handling and regulating the media public opinion.
