摘要
目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清HCY与NT-Pro BNP水平的变化情况。方法选取2017年1月—2018年3月在我院进行就诊的原发性高血压患者100例作为实验组;选取同期健康体检人员100例作为对照组。两组患者均实施血清指标检测,对血清HCY、NT-Pro BNP指标进行测定,分析各指标水平。结果实验组血清HCY、NTPro BNP指标水平均高于对照组患者,两组数据对比,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论原发性高血压患者血清HCY与NT-Pro BNP水平高于健康人员,且与高血压病症严重程度呈现出正相关,两种指标联合检测是原发性高血压病症发展评估指标。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum HCY and NT-Pro BNP levels in patients with essential hypertension. Methods From January 2017 to March 2018, 100 patients with essential hypertension were selected as the experimental group. 100 healthy persons in thesame period were selected as control group. Two groups of patientswere tested for serum markers. Serum HCY and NT-Pro BNP indexes were measured, and the levels of each index were analyzed. Results The levels of serum HCY and NT-Pro BNP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The diference between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The levels of serum HCY and NT-Pro BNP in patients with essential hypertension are signifcantly higher than those in healthy individuals, and are positively correlated with the severity of hypertension. The combined detection of the two indexes is an indicator for the evaluation of development of essential hypertension.
