前列腺癌诊断和监测中超声及核磁共振成像的作用及进展

前列腺癌在欧美地区属于比较常见的恶性肿瘤,美国前列腺癌发病率居首,死亡率仅次于肺癌,日本、印度等亚洲国家此病症发病率明显低于欧美地区,但是呈现出上升趋势。根据最新的医学数据统计显示,我国近几年来男性罹患前列腺癌的几率逐渐升高,而且患病年龄呈现明显的下降趋势,中老年男性患者是该病的高危多发人群,前列腺癌已经成为危及男性健康和生命安全的主要疾病,临床诊断治疗形势严峻,如何有效提高疾病诊断率,为制定全面完善的治疗方案是临床工作的重点。本文拟收集近几年超声及核磁共振成像在前列腺癌诊断中的文献,将其临床使用价值进行综述。

Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor in Europe and America. The incidence of prostate cancer in the United States is the highest, and the mortality rate is second only to lung cancer. The incidence of prostate cancer in Asian countries such as Japan and India is obviously lower than that in Europe and America, but it shows an increasing trend. According to the latest medical data statistics, the probability of men suffering from prostate cancer has gradually increased in China in recent years, and the age of the disease has shown an obvious downward trend. Middle-aged and elderly male patients are the high-risk population of the disease. Prostate cancer has become a major disease that endangers the health and life safety of men. The clinical diagnosis and treatment situation is grim. How to effectively improve the diagnosis rate of the disease, in order to formulate a comprehensive Perfect treatment plan is the focus of clinical work. This paper reviews the clinical value of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
