远程实时心电监测在心电图危急值处理中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Remote ECG Monitoring in Diagnosis of ECG Critical Value

目的探讨远程实时心电监测在心电图危急值处理中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月于张家界市人民医院心内科住院患者200例作为研究对象。将其随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各100例。观察组采用远程实时心电监测进行诊断,对照组则采用常规心电图进行诊断,对比两组患者心电图危急值检出率及危急值处理时间。结果两组患者心电图危急值的检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的危急值处理时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远程实时心电监测较常规心电图发现心电图危急值阳性率高;对恶性心律失常等心电图危急值处理并无延迟,重复性好,更有利于心电图危急值患者病情的及时治疗、评估及实时掌控。

Objective To explore the clinical value of remote ECG monitoring in the treatment of ECG critical value. Methods 200 hospitalized patients in the cardiology department of Zhangjiajie City People＇s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 100 patients in each group. The observation group was diagnosed by remote ECG monitoring, while the control group were diagnosed by ECG. And then compared the detection rate and the treatment time of the critical value of ECG between the two groups. Results The diference in detection rate of ECG critical value between the two groups was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）, and the diference in treatment time of ECG critical value was not statistically signifcant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Remote ECG monitoring reveals the higher positive rate of ECG critical value than that of ECG. There is no delay in the treatment of critical value, such as malignant arrhythmia, and it has good repeatability. It is more conducive to timely treatment, evaluation and real-time control of the condition of the patients with ECG critical value.
