四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形中的应用分析

The Application of Four-step Ophthalmic Plastic Surgery in Elderly Eyes

目的观察分析四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形中的应用价值。方法选取本院在2016年10月—2017年12月收治的122例老年眼部整形患者作为研究对象。按照不同治疗方法,将其分为实验组(61例,应用四步法眼袋整形术)和对照组(61例,应用传统下睑皮肤入路去除眼袋手术)。采用统计学分析,两组老年眼部整形患者的治疗效果和总满意率。结果实验组老年眼部整形患者的治疗效果高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组老年眼部整形患者的总满意率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四步法眼袋整形术在老年眼部整形中的应用价值显著。

Objective To observe and analyze the application value of four-step eye bag plastic surgery in elderly eyes. Methods 122 Elderly Patients with plastic eye diseases admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research subjects. According to diferent treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group （61 cases, using four-step pouch plastic surgery） and control group （61 cases, using traditional lower eyelid skin approach to remove pouch surgery）. Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the therapeutic effect and total satisfaction score of two groups of elderly patients with plastic surgery. Results The therapeutic efect of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of four step pouch plasty is signifcant in plastic surgery for the elderly.
