开腹手术治疗结直肠癌患者的效果分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Open Surgery for Patients With Colorectal Cancer

目的探究开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的效果。方法回顾性分析我院在2013年3月—2016年12月收治的134例结直肠癌患者的一般资料。所有患者均开腹手术治疗,分析治疗效果。结果经开腹手术治疗手术时间为(145.2±43.6)min,术中出血量为(159.0±32.6)ml,术后并发症发生率为8.96%,所有患者术后恢复良好。结论开腹手术治疗结直肠癌手术时间短,但常伴有并发症等不良反应发生,术中出血量需经过严格控制,术后经规范预后方可恢复良好。

Objective To explore the efect of laparotomy in the treatment of colorectal cancer. Methods The general data of 134 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to December 2016 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated by laparotomy and the therapeutic effect was analyzed. Results The operation time was （145.2±43.6） minutes, the amount of bleeding during operation was （159.0±32.6） ml, and the incidence of postoperative complications was 8.96%. All patients recovered well after operation. Conclusion Open surgery for colorectal cancer has a short operation time, but it is often accompanied by complications and other adverse reactions. The amount of bleeding during operation needs to be strictly controlled, and the prognosis can be restored well after operation.
