微创经皮钢板接骨与锁定加压钢板对胫骨远端骨折的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察微创经皮钢板接骨与锁定加压钢板对胫骨远端骨折的应用。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在本院接受治疗的胫骨远端骨折患者80例作为研究对象。采用随机抽取方式,将患者分为两组,每组各40例。对照组采用锁定加压钢板治疗,观察组采用微创经皮钢板接骨联合锁定加压钢板治疗。对比两组患者手术指标。结果观察组患者手术指标优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨远端骨折采用微创经皮钢板接骨联合锁定加压钢板治疗,可提升手术各项指标,降低手术后并发症发生率。 Objective To observe the application of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis and locking compression plate in the treatment of distal tibial fractures. Methods 80 cases of patients with distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as subjects. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with locking compression plate. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate. The operative indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The operative index of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of distal tibial fractures with minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis combined with locking compression plate can improve the operative parameters and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
