摘要
肝血管瘤是常见的肝脏良性肿瘤,其发病率较高,临床工作中经常遇到。肝血管瘤治疗方法众多,包括肝切除术、血管瘤剥除术、肝动脉结扎术、肝移植、射频消融、硬化剂注射和放射治疗等。外科手术是最彻底、最直接的治疗措施,但是风险相对较高。对于不能手术切除的肝血管瘤,可考虑非手术疗法,如放射治疗。放射治疗主要用于恶性肿瘤,少数良性肿瘤也是放射治疗的较好适应症,如肝血管瘤。本文报道1例肝血管瘤经三维适形放射治疗后获得较好的近期疗效的案例。肝血管瘤的放射治疗风险小、不良反应轻,疗效确切。
Hepatic hemangioma is a common benign tumor of the liver, and its incidence is high, which is often encountered in clinical work. There are many methods for the treatment of hepatic hemangioma, including hepatectomy, hemangioma stripping, hepatic artery ligation, liver transplantation, radiofrequency ablation, injection of sclerosing agent, and radiotherapy. Surgery is the most thorough and direct treatment, but the risk is relatively high. For unresectable hepatic hemangiomas, nonoperative therapies, such as radiotherapy, can be considered. Radiotherapy is mainly used for malignant tumors, and a few benign tumors are also indications for radiation therapy, such as hepatic hemangioma. Hepatic hemangioma achieved good short-term results after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Radiation therapy for hepatic hemangioma is of low risk, mild adverse reaction and definite curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
