针灸治疗抑郁相关失眠的应用与疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Application of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Depression Related Insomnia

目的探讨针灸治疗抑郁相关失眠的应用与疗效。方法选取我院2016年7月—2018年1月收治的抑郁相关失眠患者50例作为本次研究对象。根据患者治疗措施,将其分为两组。对照组给予常规药物,观察组采用针灸+药物,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗依从率为96.0%,高于对照组患者的72.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和汉密尔顿抑郁评分同对照组患者相比较低,且两组患者的评分均低于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过针灸治疗抑郁相关失眠症,可以有效提升患者治疗依从性,提高患者睡眠质量,并降低患者的抑郁心理,治疗效果良好。

Objective To explore the application and curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia related to depression. Methods 50 patients with depression-related insomnia admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the treatment measures, the patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional drugs. The observation group was treated with Acupuncture plus medicine. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the compliance rate of the observation group was 96.0%, which was higher than that of the control group 72.0%. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Hamilton Depression Score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression related insomnia can efectively improve the compliance of the patients, improve the quality of sleep and reduce the depression of the patients. The treatment efect is good.
