Analgesic Mechanism and Clinical Application of Lamiophlomis Herb

目的分析独一味的止痛机制,观察其临床应用效果,将为独一味的临床运用提供新的思路和依据。方法选取2016年2月—2017年1月在本院接受镇痛治疗的127例患者作为研究对象。治疗中均应用独一味,观察其临床治疗效果。结果 127例患者经治疗后,显效76例,占59.8%;有效43例,占33.9%;无效8例,占6.3%;总有效119例,总有效率为93.7%。结论临床镇痛治疗中应用独一味后,可有效的提升治疗效果,减轻患者疼痛程度,使患者尽早康复出院。

Objective To analyze the analgesic mechanism of lamiophlomis herb and observe its clinical effect will provide a new idea and basis for clinical application of lamiophlomis. Methods 127 patients who received analgesic treatment in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated with lamiophlomis herb and their clinical efects were observed. Results After treatment, 76 out of 127 patients （59.8%） were markedly efective. 43 cases were efective, accounting for 33.9%, and 8 cases were invalid, accounting for 6.3%. The total efective cases was 119 cases, and the total efective rate was 93.7%. Conclusion The clinical analgesic treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic efect, relieve the pain of patients, and make the patients recover and discharged as soon as possible.
