优质护理服务模式应用于手术护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing Service Mode Applied to Surgical Nursing

目的分析优质护理服务模式应用于手术护理的方法与效果。方法选取我院接受手术治疗患者86例作为研究对象。按照随机数字法,将其分为两组。常规组与实验组分别应用常规护理与优质护理,总结并对比两组患者的疼痛程度,对于护理服务的满意度以及感染症状的发生率。结果实验组患者的疼痛度优于常规组,实验组Ⅱ级、Ⅳ级疼痛患者数量低于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对护理人员的护理满意度(93.02%)高于常规组(76.74%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者在医院接受治疗的过程中,总共有1例患者出现1次术后感染;常规组患者在医院接受治疗的过程中,总共有10例患者出现过术后感染,其中有1例患者出现过2次。两组患者感染发生率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务模式应用于手术护理的效果显著,可以有效提高手术效益,改善患者预后效果以及生存质量。

Objective To analyze the method and efect of applying high quality nursing service mode to surgical nursing. Methods 86 patients who received surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number method, they were divided into two groups. Routine group and experimental group were treated with routine nursing and quality nursing respectively. The pain levels of the two groups were summarized and compared. The degree of satisfaction with nursing services and the incidence of infection symptoms. Results The pain degree of the experimental group was better than that of the conventional group. The number of patients with grade II and IV pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The satisfaction rate of nursing staf in the experimental group （93.02%） was higher than that in the conventional group （76.74%）. The diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. In the treatment group, 1 patient had once postoperative infection. A total of 10 patients in the conventional group had post-operative infections during hospital treatment, including 1 patient who had been treated twice. There was a signifcant diference in the incidence of infection between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion the application of high quality nursing service mode in surgical nursing is signifcant.
