病毒性心肌炎血清白介素-6及铜蓝蛋白水平的变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究病毒性心肌炎血清白介素-6(IL-6)及铜蓝蛋白水平的变化。方法选取我院收治的20例病毒性心肌炎患者及20例健康体检者,检测血清IL-6及铜蓝蛋白水平。结果病毒性心肌炎患者IL-6、血清铜蓝蛋白水平显著高于健康体检者(P<0.05);IL-6、血清铜蓝蛋白水平与病毒性心肌炎严重程度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗病毒性心肌炎时,可检测血清IL-6及铜蓝蛋白水平,以提高病毒性心肌炎治疗过程中病情评估的准确性,值得推广应用。
