摘要
丙烯酸树脂是防火涂料常用成膜物质,其寿命是影响防火涂料耐久性的重要因素。利用热重法分析了丙烯酸树脂在氮气气氛中的热分解过程。经计算获得丙烯酸树脂的热解动力学参数,对丙烯酸树脂的热寿命进行预测。结果表明,丙烯酸树脂的热分解主要发生在340~430℃,失重达到74.7%,热解反应的表观活化能为7.229×104J·mol-1,预测其在20℃下,质量损失5%的寿命约为10.2 a。
As acrylic resin is commonly used in fire-resistant coatings for film-forming material,its service life is an important factor affecting the durability of fire-resistant coatings. A study was conducted to analyze the thermal decomposition of acrylic resin in nitrogen atmosphere with the use of thermogravimetric analysis. The pyrolysis kinetics parameters of acrylic resin were calculated by thermal analysis and the thermal life of acrylic resin was predicted.The results show that the thermal decomposition of acrylic resin mainly occurs at 340 - 430 ℃,the weight loss reaches 74. 7%,the activation energy of pyrolysis is 7. 229 × 10^4 J·mol^-1,and its service life is about 10. 2 years when the quality loss reaches 5% and the temperature is at 20 ℃.
