基于EIAproA软件的火车站室外广场肉毒毒素扩散情况和处置程序研究 被引量:1

摘要 社会不断发展的同时也伴随着诸多问题,生物恐怖袭击,高致病病原体泄漏事故等时有发生。为灵活应对此类突发事件,借助EIApro A软件的SCREEN3和AERMOD模型模拟肉毒毒素气溶胶在现实条件下的扩散情况,得出其无系统致死浓度、半数致死浓度和致死浓度的作用区域,并绘制在卫星图上。通过分析得出在释放源周围160 m范围内人员处于致死浓度中;550 m范围内达到半数致死浓度;670 m以外的人员处于安全区域。根据肉毒毒素浓度分布,制定警戒和疏散方案,并设置洗消区域、制定人员防护和紧急医治措施。为高效、快速地处理此类事故提供参考。 The constant development of society comes with a large number of problems,such as the biological terror attacks,the highly pathogenic pathogen spills,and so on. To cope with such accidents flexibly,a study was conducted to work out the action radius of the sublethal concentration,LC50,and LC100,which would be drawn on the satellite imagery of the railway station square intuitively by using SCREEN3 and AERMOD model in the EIApro A software. The results show that people are destined to die within the range of 160 meters around the point of release; and half of the people 550 meters away will die while people 670 meters away are relatively safe. Only with the distribution of botulin concentration,can parameters be set up and an evacuation plan be made. Accordingly,several decontaminating fields shall be set up on the evacuation route,measures shall be made to protect the personnel and emergency medical treatment shall be provided,providing fire fighting forces the feasible guidance and reference of handling such kinds of accidents efficiently and fleetly.
