美国大学智库对我国高校智库建设的启示

新时代,一流智库是建设一流大学、一流学科不可或缺的要件。美国是世界大学智库建设的成功典范。我国高校智库尚不能完全适应新时代的要求。借鉴美国大学智库建设经验,建立与高校办学宗旨相适宜的智库,构建高校智库学者与政府部门领导的人才交流机制和完善高校智库人才培养手段。

World-class tifink tanks are the integral parts world-class universities and world-top disciplines in the new era. The United States is successful in developing university think tanks. The university think tanks in China cannot fully meet the requirements of the new era. By learning the experiences of the United States university think tanks, Chinese universities should develop think tanks in accordance to their missions, should construct the personnel exchange mechanism of scholars in university think tanks and government officers, and should improve the talents training patterns of the think tanks.
