在高校思想政治教育中融合匠人精神是开展大学生社会主义核心价值观教育的必然选择,也是高校思想政治教育改革的必经之路。高校必须意识到工匠精神的重要价值,通过加强专业化建设、引入新技术、宣传校园文化等多种路径,在思想政治教育中充分融合工匠精神,使之产生多元化效应,获得更好的教育成效。从高校思想政治教育融合工匠精神的必要性入手,指出在高校思想政治教育中融合工匠精神的具体路径。

The integration of craftsman spirit into college ideological and political education is an inevitable choice for developing the education of socialist core values for college students, and is also a necessary way for reforming college ideological and political education. In this case, colleges should realize the important value of craftsman spirit. This paper, by starting from discussing the necessity of integrating craftsman spirit into college ideological and political education, puts forward the concrete methods of integrating craftsman spirit into college ideological and political education in order to produce the diversification effect and to obtains better education results, such as strengthening professional construction, introducing new technologies, propagandizing campus culture and so on.
