The setting up of the nursing specialty in higher vocational colleges can cultivate professional talents and meet the demand and supply of social talents. For the present, there exist subjective and objective issues for nursing graduates＇ employment difficulty in higher vocational colleges, while the effective employment strategy which refers to the employment education system running from enrollment to graduation can guarantee nursing graduates＇ smooth employment by integrating school policies, teacher education and students development.
