基于知识管理的高校辅导员职业能力评价模型构建研究

摘要 辅导员是高校教学结构中的基本构成元素,辅导员职业能力的高低对高校管理工作的开展具有重要意义,而知识管理的提出,促使高校辅导员职业能力评价模型内容更加全面。阐述知识管理的具体内涵,从创新评价理念、建立评价体系、结合实际评价等方面说明职业能力评价模型的构建步骤,并且论述职业能力评价模型的应用,旨在增进高校辅导员的职业能力,促进其全面发展。 College counselors are viewed as the basic composition elements of teaching structure, and the level of their professional competency is of great significance for the development of college management. It is knowledge management that can make the evaluation model for college counselors' vocational ability more comprehensive contents. This paper discusses the concrete connotation of knowledge management, the steps of constructing the evaluation model of vocational ability in terms of innovating evaluation ideas, establishing the evaluation system, and relating the actual evaluation, as well as the application of evaluation model of vocational ability. The study aims to enhance college counselors' professional skills, and promote their all-round development.
