乡村振兴战略视域下五河民歌的传承与创新研究

A Study on the Inheritance and Innovation of Wuhe Folk Songs from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy

乡村振兴战略由习近平总书记在十九大报告中首次提出,这是推动我国小康社会建设的重要内容,为当代乡村改革与发展指明了新方向。乡村文化是乡村振兴战略中的关键要素,要振兴乡村文化,就要挖掘乡村特色风土民情、大力弘扬传统文化,切实加强乡村文化软实力,为实现乡村振兴奠定稳固基础。因此,从乡村振兴战略视角,五河民歌的传承与创新要合理融入现代元素、重视并培养传承人、遵循社会经济规律等有效策略,促进五河民歌的可持续发展,重建五河县的乡贤文化,使其成为特色发展的美丽乡村。

The strategy of rural revitalization is first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19th national congress. It is an important part in promoting the building of a moderately prosperous society in China, pointing out a new direction for the reform and development of modem rural areas. Rural culture is the key element in rural revitalization strategy. The revitalization of rural culture requires mining the customs with country characteristics, vigorously carrying forward the traditional culture, and strengthening the rural cultural soft power, which will lay the solid foundation for realizing rural revitalization. This paper puts forward the following measures of inheriting and innovating Wuhe folk songs in regarding to the strategy of rejuvenating rural areas： integrating reasonable modern elements, attaching importance to cultivating culture inheritors, and following basic economic law of socialism. The effective strategies can promote the sustainable development of Wuhe folk songs, can rebuild villager culture in the country of Wuhe, can make it the beautiful countryside of characteristics the development.
