Comparative Analysis of Early Enteral Nutrition and Parenteral Nutrition in the Prevention of Related Infections After Esophageal Cancer Surgery

摘要 目的本实验主要探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养在预防感染中的临床效果。方法根据随机数字法对本院2015年2月—2017年3月的60例食管癌术后患者进行分组,分为对照组(采用肠外营养治疗)和实验组(采用早期肠内营养治疗),对比两组患者肺部感染的发生率、治疗前后相关指标水平以及术后排气时间与体质量下降情况。结果实验组患者肺部感染的发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的33.33%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,实验组的治疗效果(ALB、Hb、ALT以及AST水平指标对比)与对照组对比优势明显,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,在治疗后,实验组患者术后排气时间与体质量下降情况均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养在食管癌术后患者中具有良好的临床效果,能够有效降低患者肺部感染的发生率,提高患者的康复效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition in the prevention of infection after esophageal cancer surgery. Methods According to the method of random numbers, 60 patients with esophageal cancer after operation were grouped from February 2015 to March 2017 at our hospital, and were divided into control group(treated with parenteral nutrition) and experimental group(early enteral nutrition therapy). The incidence of pulmonary infection, the related indicators before and after treatment, and the time of postoperative exhaust and body weight were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in the experimental group was 10.00%, much lower than that in the control group(33.33%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the indexes between the two groups(P 〉 0.05). After treatment, the therapeutic effect of theexperimental group(ALB, Hb, ALT and AST) was significantly better compared with the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). At the same time, after the treatment, the exhaust time and body mass decrease of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Early enteral nutrition has a good clinical effect in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer, and can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients and improve the rehabilitation effect of the patients, and has high popularization value
