摘要 随着社会的进步,人们的生活水平也在不断的提高,食品的质量安全也受到了人们的广泛关注。食品质量问题的出现,不仅影响到了人们的身体健康而且还影响了社会的稳定发展。所以相关部门要充分认识到食品理化检验中质量控制的重要性,并且要结合实际来制定合理的方案,才能有效的提高人们的生活水平。食品理化检验的过程是一项较为重要的程序并且需要检验人员具备良好的品德和工作态度以及熟练的业务能力,才能对食品安全起到保障作用。 With the progress of society, people’s living standards are constantly improving, and the quality and safety of food has also received widespread attention. And, with the continuous emergence of food quality problems, it not only affects people’s health but also affects the stable development of society. Therefore, relevant departments should fully recognize the importance of quality control in food physical and chemical testing, and must formulate a reasonable plan in combination with the actual situation to effectively improve people’s living standards. The process of physical and chemical testing of food is a relatively important procedure and requires the inspectors to have good morality and working attitude as well as skilled business ability in order to effectively protect food safety.
