健康教育在慢性病预防控制中的作用

The Role of Health Education in the Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases

目的对慢性病预防控制中健康教育的作用进行探讨。方法选取扬州市广陵区疾病预防控制中心在2017年7—12月收集的某街道的慢性病患者138例,对其展开慢性病相关知识的调查工作,并予以健康教育,分析慢性病的预控情况。结果教育后,患者健康知识知晓率评分是(92.37±3.28)分,高于教育前的(67.56±6.85)分,P<0.05;教育后吸烟饮酒率、过量食盐摄入率低于教育前,参与锻炼、规范用药率高于教育前,P<0.05。结论健康教育可促进患者健康知识知晓率的提升,帮助患者建立健康的行为习惯,达到有效预控慢性病的作用。

Objective To explore the role of health education in prevention and control of chronic diseases. Methods A total of 138 cases of chronic diseases were collected at a street fromn July to December 2017 by the Guangling District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Yangzhou City. The investigation of chronic disease-related knowledge was conducted and health education was conducted to analyze the pre-control of chronic diseases. Results After education, the rate of awareness of patients’ health knowledge was（92.37±3.28） points, higher than that before education of（67.56±6.85） points, P 〈 0.05; After education, the smoking and drinking rate and the rate of excessive salt intake were lower before education, and the rate of participation in exercise and standard medication were higher than before education, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Health education can promote the awareness of patients’ health knowledge, help patients establish healthy behavior habits, and achieve effective precontrol of chronic diseases.
