完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌的效果及优势探析

Analysis of the Effect and Advantages of Complete Colonic Membrane Resection for Colon Cancer

目的探讨完整结肠系膜切除术治疗结肠癌的效果及优势。方法选择80例2013年1月—2017年5月结肠癌患者根据术式分组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行完整结肠系膜切除术治疗。比较两组结肠癌手术干预疗效;操作所需的时间、淋巴结清扫数、手术出血、术后住院的时间;手术前后患者SF-36评分;复发率情况。结果观察组结肠癌手术干预疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组操作所需的时间、淋巴结清扫数、手术出血、术后住院的时间优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组SF-36评分相近,P>0.05;手术后观察组SF-36评分优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组复发率少于对照组,P<0.05。结论结肠癌患者行完整结肠系膜切除术疗效肯定,可有效改善病情,更彻底清扫淋巴结,加速患者康复,促进患者生活质量改善,减少复发率的发生。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and advantages of complete colonic membrane resection for colon cancer. Methods 80 patients with colon cancer from January 2013 to May 2017 were selected according to the surgical procedure. The control group was given traditional surgery, and the observation group was given complete colonic membrane resection. The curative effects of two groups of colon cancer interventions; time required for operation, number of lymph node dissections, surgical bleeding, postoperative hospital stay; SF-36 scores before and after surgery; and recurrence rate were compared. Results The effect of surgical intervention on colon cancer in observation group was higher than that in control group, P 〈 0.05. The time needed for operation, the number of lymph node dissection, surgical bleeding, and postoperative hospital stay were better in the observation group than in the control group, P 〈 0.05; The SF-36 scores of the two groups were similar before operation, P 〉 0.05. After operation, the SF-36 score of the observation group was better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The recurrence rate of the observation group was less than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The efficacy of complete colonic mesorectal resection in patients with colon cancer is positive, which can effectively improve the condition, more thoroughly clean lymph nodes, accelerate the recovery of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and reduce the incidence of recurrence.
