钉道强化技术治疗合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄患者的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨钉道强化技术治疗合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄患者的效果。方法选择46例2015年7月—2017年12月合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄患者根据术式分组。对照组开展传统手术治疗,观察组行钉道强化技术治疗。比较两组合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄手术效果;手术时间、出血情况;手术前后患者功能JOA评分和疼痛VAS评分。结果观察组合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄手术效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术时间、出血情况优于对照组,P<0.05;手术前两组功能JOA评分和疼痛VAS评分相近,P>0.05;手术后观察组功能JOA评分和疼痛VAS评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论合并骨质疏松的腰椎管狭窄患者行钉道强化技术疗效肯定,可有效改善相关功能和减轻疼痛,缩短手术时间和减少出血。 Objective To investigate the effect of nail augmentation technique in the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis with osteoporosis. Methods A total of 46 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with osteoporosis from July 2015 to December 2017 were selected according to the surgical procedure. The control group was given traditional surgical treatment, and the observation group was given nail augmentation technique. The effect; operative time and bleeding; functional JOA score and pain VAS score before and after surgery of lumbar spinal stenosis combined with osteoporosis was compared between the two groups were compared. Results The combined effect of osteoporosis and lumbar spinal stenosis was more effective than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. The operation time and bleeding of the observation group were better than that of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Before operation, the two groups of functional JOA scores and pain VAS scores were similar, P 〉 0.05; After operation, the functional JOA score and pain VAS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The efficacy of nail tract augmentation in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with osteoporosis is positive, which can effectively improve the related functions and reduce pain, shorten the operation time and reduce bleeding.
