X线定位下改良型旋扳法治疗椎体旋转型腰肌劳损疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Rotation Manipulation Under X-ray Positioning for Lumbar Vertebrae Rotatory Psoas Strain

目的观察X线定位下改良型腰椎旋扳法治疗椎体旋转型腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月—2017年1月收治的84例椎体旋转型腰肌劳损患者为研究对象,均经临床检查确诊,观察组(n=42)利用X线片定位病变椎体,给予改良型旋扳法治疗,对照组(n=42)给予单腿式腰椎后伸扳法治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和椎体旋转改善率。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率及椎体旋转改善率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良型旋扳法治疗椎体旋转型腰肌劳损效果显著,标本兼治。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified lumbar rotation manipulation in the treatment of vertebral rotatory psoas strain. Methods 84 cases of vertebral rotatory lumbar muscle strain from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. The observation group（n=42） used X ray to locate the vertebral body, the modified rotary spanning method was given, and the control group（n =42） was given single leg type. The clinical efficacy and the rate of vertebral rotation improvement were compared. Results The total effective rate and the improvement rate of vertebral rotation of the observation group were higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified rotation manipulation is effective in treating vertebral rotatory psoas strain.
