α-干扰素治疗传染性单核细胞增多症的效果

Effect of α-interferon on Infectious Mononucleosis

目的研究并分析更昔洛韦与α-干扰素在儿童传染性单核细胞增多症中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年2月—2018年3月收治并确诊的60例传染性单核细胞增多症儿童,随机分为研究组、对照组,每组30例患者,对照组采用更昔洛韦进行治疗,研究组患者则采用α-干扰素进行治疗,对比分析两组患者退热时间、肝脾肿大恢复时间以及颈部淋巴结肿大消退时间。结果研究组患者的退热时间(3.14±1.63)d、肝脾肿大恢复时间(5.82±1.32)d、颈部淋巴结肿大消退时间(5.12±1.41)d,均少于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童传染性单核细胞增多症采用α-干扰素进行治疗,可显著降低患者的退热时间、肝脾肿大恢复时间以及颈部淋巴结肿大消退时间。

Objective To study and analyze the application value of ganciclovir and α-interferon in children with infectious mononucleosis. Methods 60 cases of infectious mononucleosis of children admitted and confirmed in our hospital during the period from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with ganciclovir, and the patients in the study group were treated with α-interferon. The time of fever, the recovery time of hepatomegaly and enlargement and the regression time of cervical lymph nodes were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of fever（3.14±1.63） days in the study group, recovery time of hepatosplenomegaly（5.82±1.32） days,and time of neck lymphadenopathy regression（5.12±1.41） days, were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of infective mononucleosis with α-interferon can significantly reduce the time of the fever, the recovery time of the hepatomegaly and the time of the swelling and decline of the neck lymph nodes.
