摘要
目的分析人性化护理在手术室护理的应用价值,对临床护理提出对应建议。方法随机抽取我院接收的择期手术患者150例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各75例患者,对照组采用常规护理措施,而试验组则在对照组的基础上加入人性化护理措施,对比两组患者对护理的满意度状况。结果试验组患者对护理的满意度优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理措施在手术室护理中可以改善患者术前术后的心理状况,提高患者对护理的满意度,进一步提高护理效果。
Objective To analyze the application value of humanized nursing in operation room, and put forward corresponding suggestions for clinical nursing. Methods 150 patients undergoing elective surgery received by our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 75 patients in each group, and the control group was adopted conventional nursing measures, while the experimental group added humanized nursing measures on the basis of the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients and the psychological state before and after operation were compared. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The humanistic nursing measures can improve the psychological status of the patients before operation in the operation room, improve the satisfaction of the patients to nursing, and further improve the nursing effect.
